HR Associate / HR Assistant / HR Support Reports to Senior Management
Office Location: Islamabad
Duties and Responsibilities
									•	Provide support with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties.
• Provide general administrative support to the HR team, including file maintenance, document preparation, and data entry.
• Support in recruitment by posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and shortlisting candidates.
• Actively search for potential candidates through various channels to meet recruitment needs efficiently.
• Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews.
• Assist our telent acquisition department to develop resume bank and update database.
• Conduct initial screenings of candidates and gather necessary documents for employment.
• Build and update candidate pipelines across diverse domains to ensure a continuous supply of qualified talent for current and future hiring needs.
• Always maintain preparedness with alternative resources to mitigate potential disruptions and ensure continuity in operations.
• Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, leave records and employee documents.
• Assist in Defining SOPs to Employees
• Collaborating with all employees in the organisation and answering their questions.
• Ensure the accuracy and confidentiality of employee data in compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Qualifications
									•	Bachelor’s degree in human resources management
• 3-5 years of experience in human resources or administrative roles, preferably in a similar capacity.
• Previous experience in HR or administrative roles preferred.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
