Oracle Fusion HCM Techno - Functional Consultant
Job Description
- Focus on Oracle Fusion HCM specifically on Talent Management modules Goals, Performance, Career Development, Talent Review and Succession Planning for implementation.
 - Understand and support Oracle Fusion HCM processes.
 - Collaborate with process owners and subject matter experts to match requirements with configuration settings and create use cases to test for desired application functionality.
 - Responsible for developing BI reports, interfaces, data conversion programs, and application extensions.
 - Responsible for developing HR and Talent Management dashboards.
 - E2E Implementation and usage of Oracle Unified Methodology (OUM).
 - Develop cohesive relationships with HCM business teams to build long-term strategies that align the design of the application with needs.
 - Understand capabilities and identify risks and opportunities of deploying new functionality.
 - Provide level 3 support, create and conduct instructor lead application training.
 - Ability to design and describe complex HCM centric solutions on the Oracle Fusion platform.
 - Need to be able to do configuration, Testing and lead data migration activities from legacy systems to Oracle Fusion
 - Create Functional/Technical designs, BRD, To-Be documents.
 - Work with end-users to solve day-to-day business problems using the functionality of Oracle Fusion
 - Sets up procedures and testing methods to ensure the ongoing accuracy of data maintained within all application.
 - Providing ERP support and end-user training where applicable
 - Ability to build, configure and maintain solution.
 - Supporting KUT, SIT, UAT and Hyper care.
 - Ready for challenging assignments and complex System Designs.
 - Accountable for Future rollouts.
 - Prepare training manuals.
 - Report to Management on the status of issues
 - Raise SR with oracle and closely follow-up.
 
Education/Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in computers or information Technology.
 - 8-10 years of experience in Oracle HCM, with experience at least 2 full Life Cycle implementations of the Oracle Fusion HCM (specifically Talent Management), from planning to configuration through go live.
 - Should have strong proven experience of developing technical components – BI Reports, interface components using PL/SQL (HCM specific components)
 - Strong stakeholders’ management experience and good communication skills.
 - Possess strong analytical skills, is highly meticulous with good attention to detail.
 - Ability to prioritize time and tasks.
 - A team player who can work well with others.
 - Produce and deliver documentation for design, training and application administration.
